The Fishing Guild is located on Fellin Island. To enter requires an equipped Fishing Guild Permission. To equip the permission requires level 80 Fishing skill.

Levels 5 & 23 - Cage
Level 35 - Wooden Harpoon Levels 50 & 58
- Iron Fishing RodLevel 65
- Steel Harpoon Level 63
There are also two Steel Harpoon 
fishing spots, Levels 63 & 75, on Fellin Island at the north west corner of the island and a Steel Harpoon spot, Level 63, at the north east corner. Cage Level 36, Fishing Rod Level 1 and Fishing Net Level 5 along the west side of island.
