Fire Bolt scrolls can be crafted by using a Fire Bolt Medallion and a Cotton Fabric at a Fire Altar. A player with level 19 Wizardry has a 70% chance of successfully crafting the scroll; the success rate can be increased to a maximum of 100% with an increased Wizardry level. Successfully crafting the scroll grants 15 Wizardry experience.
